Dairy Farm Worker

Junior Role: Farm Executive

Role Purpose: To assist in farm monitoring, training, and support activities during regular farm visits, while learning sales and advisory functions under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled farm visits and collect basic farm data (milk yield, feeding records, animal health observations).

• Assist in implementation of SOPs and farm improvement measures.

• Train and guide farm staff on daily routines like feeding, calf care, and milking hygiene.

• Report farm observations with photos and updates to the central team.

• Support sales activities by introducing company products and services to farmers.

• Build strong relationships with farmers for repeat business.

Qualifications: • B.Sc. (Dairy Science / Agriculture / Animal Husbandry) or Diploma in Livestock/Dairy Management.

• Freshers or 0–2 years of experience.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong interest in dairy farming.

• Basic knowledge of cow/buffalo management.

• Eagerness to learn, with good communication skills.

• Willingness to travel and stay on-field.

Compensation: • 15000/- (entry level) + travel allowance + sales commission performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,478.89 per month
