Major responsibilities: (most important tasks, not more than 8 headlines, defined in 2-3 sentences only) 1)Planning & controlling activities of inspection activities at various supplier locations at Sangli /Kolhapur for KSB India and global KSB plants. 2)Planning & controlling inspection activities of Steel castings and fabricated items at various supplier locations. 3)Conducting process audits at supplier end for continuous quality improvement. 4)Rework and rejection analysis at the supplier end as per the data received by respective KSB plants. 5)To interpret radiographic films/RT review of steel castings for the volumetric soundness of the casting as per ASTM/ASME standard. 5)Coordinating development of new critical components at supplier end and conduct sample casting inspection. 6)Responsible for development and inspection of finish machining components. 7)Take decision in consultation with PMPS of respective plants regarding deviations observed at supplier locations while inspection. 8)Coordinate with purchase, IPO and supplier coordinator for smooth functioning of inspection activities.

Major Responsibilities Responsible for development of Products for Commercial Building Services (CBS) with special focus on fire fighting applications. Develop & Localize new products like End suction pumps, Split case Pumps, multistage - multioutlet pumps, horizontally or vertically mounted to address applications from above mentioned industries with help of other functions. Owner of Product development activity & must drive Project to ensure activities are completed on time, meeting all requirements, including cost, quality & performance targets to support project plans & project execution. Serve as Primary product expert for assigned products Independently & Provide product management related support for all departments, mainly – TSS / Sales, Production, QM, Customer Service and Purchase Prepare & evaluate product variable cost and highlight actions to maintain margins. Knowledge of industry standards like ISO 2858/5199, EN799, HIS, ASME. In-depth knowledge about standards / codes like NFPA, FM, UL associated with Fire fighting applications. Creation of concept and providing implementation logic and data for implementing products in Selection software. Conduct technical trainings to Sales and have close Interaction with Vendors/Suppliers to resolve product specification queries. Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and motivated Fiber Engineer to manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our FTTH (Fiber to the Home) network. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GPON/EPON technologies, fiber splicing, optical testing, and OLT/ONU configuration. Key Responsibilities:Install and maintain FTTH infrastructure including OLTs, ONUs, fiber cables, and splitters. Perform fiber splicing, connectorization, and enclosure work (Aerial & Underground). Conduct OTDR, power meter, and visual fault locator tests to ensure signal quality. Configure and troubleshoot GPON/EPON ONUs and OLT ports. Handle service calls and resolve fiber cuts, signal loss, or ONU offline issues. Maintain network documentation, fiber layouts, and splicing logs. Support upgrades from EPON to GPON/XGS-PON including ONU replacements and port migration. Work closely with NOC team to respond to alarms and performance issues. Coordinate with field teams, contractors, and local authorities as required. Requirements:Proven experience in FTTH deployment or ISP field operations (1–3 years preferred) Familiar with GPON/EPON architecture, fiber split ratios, and OLT/ONU brands like DBC, Syrotech, etc. Hands-on experience with fiber splicing and optical testing tools (OTDR, VFL, OPM) Ability to read fiber route plans and logical diagrams Good understanding of power budgets and troubleshooting optical signal issues Willingness to travel and be on call for urgent issues ITI/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecom, or related field

Contract Role - 6 Months Experience with Netskope Secure Web Gateway (SWG), creating policies for allowing/blocking websites and/or specific types of content and/or applications, managing groups applying different policy sets to different groups. Experience with designing, documenting, implementing, testing and deploying Netskope SWG policies following the production change management process is required. Alternate experience with another SWG like Zscaler can be considered. The candidate must be an individual contributor (not a manager/team lead) with sufficient depth of experience (~5+ years) to work independently. Location - PAN India .

Contract Role - 6 Months BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) expertise i.e. creation of endpoint (Mac, Windows) policies for allowing/blocking apps, approval workflows, managing groups, applying different policies to different groups, creating exception alerts, reviewing exceptions and providing approval recommendations within the BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management tool. For clarity, experience in other BeyondTrust tools like PasswordSafe PAM, Entitle is NOT sufficient. Experience with designing, documenting, implementing, testing and deploying BeyondTrust EPM policies following production change management process is required. The candidate must be an individual contributor (not a manager/team lead) with sufficient depth of experience (~5+ years) to work independently. Location - PAN India .
