Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our Agile development teams and oversee the delivery of multiple product pods. The Senior Scrum Master will play a critical role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile principles and practices, and removing impediments to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to engage with product and engineering teams to drive collaboration and alignment. Responsibilities: Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple Agile development teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
