D365 F&O Functional Finance + PMA Consultant

Role Overview: As an AX Functional Consultant at Hitachi Solutions India Pvt Ltd, you will be involved in all aspects of implementing and supporting Dynamics solutions, from pre-sales work through the project life cycle to go-live and ongoing support. You will lead Solution Design sessions, assist with configuration, data migration deliverables, interface design documents, functional design documents, and troubleshooting of customizations. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes (Finance) to identify opportunities for improvement - Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code - Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out-of-the-box functionality as well as custom code - Identify customer requirements and align them with technological capabilities and Microsoft's continuous release plans Key Competencies: - Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&O D365 - Finance - Analyze, plan, configure, test, and implement D365 F&O Project Management Accounting Module at the client site - Assist business users in defining business requirements and preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) - Collaborate with AX/D365 F&O Technical team members for customization - Work with the Project Team on AX/D365 F&O customizations testing, roll-out, and post-live support - Educate and train Key Users at the client site - Provide support to customers during UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare phase - Demonstrate an understanding of business processes, business practices, project implementation methodology, ERP implementation, configuration, system design, and data upload using Excel templates Skills Required: - 1-4 years of experience within D365 - Specialization in Finance and PMA (Project Management and Accounting) - Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance/Operations) - Fluency in English - Strong communication and consulting skills Qualifications: - Hold 1-4 years of experience within D365 - Specialization in Finance and PMA (Project Management and Accounting) - Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance/Operations) - Fluency in English - Strong communication and consulting skills Additional Information: Omit this section as there are no additional details of the company mentioned in the job description.,
