Job Description

Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Management

Oversee end-to-end management of the Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, collections, and on-site content.
Manage theme customization, app integrations, and third-party plug-ins to enhance site functionality.
Maintain site health ensure uptime, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
Coordinate with developers/designers for UI/UX improvements.

Conversion & Performance Optimization

Monitor and improve
conversion rate (CRO)
,
average order value (AOV)
, and
cart abandonment rate
.
Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows.
Use analytics tools (Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to identify growth opportunities.

Product & Inventory Management

Work with the product and operations team to update SKUs, variants, inventory levels, and product descriptions.
Ensure accurate product categorization, tagging, and search functionality.

Marketing & Growth Support

Collaborate with performance marketing & CRM teams to ensure site readiness for campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

Customer Experience & Support

Ensure smooth checkout and payment gateway operations.
Coordinate with customer service to address website-related issues or feedback.
Optimize post-purchase flow and loyalty program integrations.

Reporting & Insights

Track KPIs such as revenue, traffic, conversion, bounce rate, and retention.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
