Job Description

You will be joining a dynamic team at WeSolveForYou, comprised of strategy-driven professionals who are committed to assisting businesses in achieving exponential sales growth. Our Omni Channel approach involves diversifying online and offline channels, optimizing sales strategies, and effectively positioning products for target customers. Our services range from enhancing brand presence to boosting sales through Omni Channel strategies, optimizing sales strategies, reducing marketing and sales costs, and strategically positioning products. As a seasoned full-funnel performance marketer, you will be responsible for building, managing, executing, and strategizing performance marketing campaigns from scratch to ensure consistent revenue growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) clients will be a key aspect of your role, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters. Understanding clients" business objectives, marketing strategies, and performance goals will enable you to develop tailored solutions and strategies. Your expertise in scaling campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google will be essential in maximizing reach and impact. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, including ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, will allow you to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization. Proactively implementing strategies to improve campaign performance and drive results will be crucial in your day-to-day activities. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of performance marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that the team meets and exceeds client expectations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and tech, will be necessary to execute integrated campaigns and initiatives effectively. Communication with clients, regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations will play a significant role in maintaining strong client relationships. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. With at least 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing focusing on D2C clients, previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly desirable. A proven track record of successfully managing client accounts, driving results, and exceeding targets is essential. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required. Experience in team leadership, coaching, and development, as well as proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager, will be beneficial for this role.,
