Job Title: Telecaller (Male, D Pharma) – Mother Hospital, Hisar

Location: Inside Nagori Gate, Near Goswami Sweets, Hisar, Haryana

About Mother Hospital:
Mother Hospital is a leading healthcare center committed to providing excellent and compassionate care to patients. We are looking for a Male Telecaller with a D Pharma qualification and strong knowledge of the medical field to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally and politely with patients over the phone.
• Provide information about hospital services and answer patient queries.
• Schedule appointments and accurately maintain patient records.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors and hospital staff.
• Make timely reminder and follow-up calls to patients.

Requirements:

• D Pharma degree is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Confident, polite, and empathetic with patients.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
• Only male candidates should apply.

Experience:

• Telecalling or patient-handling experience in the medical field preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Best in industry (based on skills & experience)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
