As a Cyberwatcher, your role involves maintaining expert knowledge of Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) Tools, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), forensics, and incident response best practices. You will use threat intelligence and threat models to build threat scenarios and conduct threat-hunting campaigns. Your responsibilities also include researching, analyzing, and correlating data from various sources, proactively detecting advanced threats in systems and networks, and reporting risk analysis and threat findings to relevant stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain expert knowledge of APT Tools, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) - Use threat intelligence and threat models to build threat scenarios - Prepare and conduct threat-hunting campaigns - Research, analyze, and correlate data from any source - Proactively detect advanced threats in systems and networks - Report risk analysis and threat findings to relevant stakeholders - Provide automated alerts for emerging and historically unknown threats - Collaborate with multiple teams to improve security checks and detection performance - Participate in PTXs (purple team exercises) by monitoring new detection capabilities - Manage reports, dashboards, metrics for CyberSOC KPIs and present to senior management and stakeholders - Work closely with key stakeholders to develop targeted use cases addressing specific APT behaviors Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) and threat intelligence - Experience in incident response, forensics, and cybersecurity best practices - Ability to analyze and correlate data from various sources - Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration with stakeholders - Proficiency in managing reports, dashboards, and metrics for cybersecurity KPIs - Collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple teams within the organization (Note: No additional details of the company were present in the provided job description),
