Job Summary:

CyberArk PAM Support Engineer (L4 level)

Key Tools & Technologies:

CyberArk PAM Suite
Identity Protocols:
SAML, OIDC, OAuth, ADFS, ModernAuth
Directory Services:
Active Directory (AD), LDAP
Networking Fundamentals:
DNS, SMTP
Ticketing Tools:
ServiceNow ITSM

Core Responsibilities:

Manage and support
CyberArk components
: EPV, PVWA, PSM, CPM, PTA, AIM
Configure and support
SSO, MFA, authentication mechanisms
Handle
user, privileged account, and service account onboarding/offboarding
Implement and maintain
policies, safes, and credential workflows
Perform
system integrations
with LDAP, AD, and other enterprise services
Maintain compliance and monitoring using
CyberArk APIs, SDKs, PowerShell
Participate in
incident, problem, and change management processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies
Ensure adherence to SLAs and support timelines
