Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

CyberArk CPM/PSM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy

  custom CPM and PSM plugins

  to support integrations with custom or non-standard applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

  CyberArk connectors

  , including plugin failures, credential retrieval, session management, and policy enforcement.
• Work with internal stakeholders and application owners to gather plugin requirements and deliver secure and scalable solutions.
  
• Perform

  connector diagnostics and deep-dive debugging

  across various platforms (Windows, Linux, databases, and network devices).
• Implement and enforce

  best practices in privileged access security

  , identity management, and secure coding.
• Collaborate with CyberArk Support and R&D teams for advanced troubleshooting and enhancements.
  
• Provide

  documentation

  for plugin development, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Participate in

  security audits

  and compliance assessments as a subject matter expert (SME) on plugin behavior and secure access workflows.
• Continuously improve the

  plugin development lifecycle

  by incorporating feedback, automation, and security reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest

  CyberArk product features

  , plugin SDKs, APIs, and security practices.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years

  of hands-on experience with

  CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS)

  suite, specifically CPM and PSM.
• Proven experience in

  developing and customizing CPM/PSM plugins

  , especially for non-standard platforms or custom applications.
• Deep understanding of

  CyberArk plugin frameworks, Vault architecture, and connector diagnostics

  .
• Strong experience in

  PowerShell, VBScript, .NET, Java, Python,

  or other relevant scripting/programming languages used for plugin development.
• Expertise in

  identity integrations, privileged access workflows

  , and credential management best practices.
