Cyber Security Manager (Ethical Hacker)

Job Description Role Overview: As a Cyber Security Manager (Ethical Hacker) in Bengaluru (Corporate Office) with 10-12 years of experience, your primary role will be to lead cybersecurity initiatives and protect critical systems, data, and infrastructure. You will utilize ethical hacking and red team methods to assess and reduce risks across corporate and manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities: - Drive cybersecurity strategy and governance. - Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and red team exercises. - Manage incident response and SOC operations. - Secure pharma-specific systems such as ERP, MES, SCADA. - Ensure regulatory compliance with ISO 27001, FDA, GDPR. - Lead and mentor the cybersecurity team. Qualifications: - Bachelors in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field; CEH/OSCP/CISSP certification is preferred. - Proficiency in using pentesting tools like Metasploit, Burp, etc. - Strong knowledge of network, cloud, and OT security. - Experience in the pharma or manufacturing industry is a plus.,
