About the Role

OT Cybersecurity Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement 

  cybersecurity policies and procedures

   tailored for OT environments.
• Conduct 

  risk assessments and vulnerability analyses

   to identify and mitigate threats to OT systems.
• Lead 

  incident response efforts

  , coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve security incidents.
• Design and execute 

  cybersecurity projects

  , integrating security monitoring tools and incident response frameworks.
• Develop 

  strategic roadmaps

   to enhance OT security posture.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams for 

  seamless integration

   of cybersecurity measures.
• Communicate security risks and promote 

  cybersecurity awareness

   across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for 

  innovation in OT security practices

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree

   in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.

• Relevant certifications

   (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GICSP) preferred.

• 23 years

   of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on OT or industrial control systems (ICS).
• Strong understanding of 

  ICS, SCADA, and OT protocols

  .
• Proficiency in 

  network security

   for OT environments, including segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure remote access.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
