Cyber Security Analyst - Senior II

You will be working as a Senior Security Analyst in the Platform Security team at FedEx ACC India located in Hyderabad, India. As part of the Global InfoSec team, your role will focus on setting guidelines and requirements for securing various enterprise platforms such as Linux, Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, DNS, and Active Directory. Your responsibilities will include assessing the technical aspects of the platforms, evaluating security standards, analyzing risks, coordinating with technology owners to address security gaps, and implementing necessary security baselines. You should have a strong understanding of different InfoSec domains and experience with security configuration standards for the mentioned platforms. To excel in this role, you are expected to possess knowledge of enterprise reference architecture, critical infrastructure services, network and data center architecture, Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, Oracle DB, WebLogic, Java, VMware ESXi, vCenter, and Cloud Security. Effective communication skills will be crucial for presenting your findings and recommendations to colleagues and management. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the Platform Security team, InfoSec, and other departments within the organization. Your proactive and collaborative mindset, coupled with an openness to learning and adapting to challenging environments, will be essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in platform sysadmin, cyber security, or regulatory compliance. Proficiency in English comprehension is required, and practical knowledge of tools like ServiceNow and Microsoft Office, especially Power BI, is preferred. Experience in implementing LEAN, AGILE, and Design Thinking methodologies will be an added advantage for this position.,
