About Us:

Edu Creative Digication is an emerging digital learning and training institute that empowers students, professionals, and learners with computer education and digital skills. We are looking for a female Cyber Café Specialist to join our growing team and support both customer service and training activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and lamination services.
• Assist customers with online ticket bookings (railway, bus, and air tickets).
• Help clients with government and educational form submissions and online applications.
• Conduct basic computer training (MS Office, Internet, Email, Typing, etc.) for students and working professionals.
• Maintain café systems, ensure smooth operation of computers and printers.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
• Support Edu Creative’s learning and digital literacy initiatives.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Must reside in Dum Dum or Dum Dum Cantonment area
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet Tools, Email)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and assist multiple customers efficiently
• Training experience will be an added advantage

Education:

• Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent
• Preferred: Diploma / Degree in Computer Applications or related field

Job Details:

• Timing: Flexible (Full-Time or Part-Time)
• Salary: Based on experience and skill level
• Work Mode: On-site (Dum Dum / Dum Dum Cantonment)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
