As a Senior SAP Security Consultant at EY, you will play a crucial role in the Cyber Technology Consulting team, focusing on various AEET projects for global clients. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing internal and external relationships, identifying business prospects, and anticipating risks in engagements. Additionally, you will ensure top-notch work quality, foster a positive learning environment, and mentor junior team members for their growth. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in Cyber Strategy & Governance, Cyber Risk & Compliance, Cyber Resilience, Cyber Transformation, and Co-Sourcing, Application & Network Security projects. - Collaborate effectively as a team member, sharing responsibilities, offering support, and updating senior team members on progress. - Execute engagement requirements and review work conducted by junior team members. - Create reports and schedules for clients and other stakeholders. - Cultivate productive relationships with client personnel. - Contribute to the recruitment and retention of Cyber Transformation professionals. - Establish an educational program for continuous personal skills enhancement. - Adhere to workplace policies and procedures to ensure high-quality work. - Assist in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to staff members. - Manage the performance of direct reports in alignment with organizational guidelines. - Foster teamwork, lead by example, and mentor project resources. - Engage in organization-wide people initiatives. Skills and Attributes for Success: - More than 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis and Security, including SAP Fiori, SAP Web Dispatcher, Web Application Firewalls, SAP Cloud Platform, and other essential SAP products. - Proficient in Application Security, Identity & Access Management technologies, patch management, security certifications, security testing, and software development. - Familiarity with security issues, exploitation techniques, and remediation strategies. - Strong knowledge of common application security vulnerabilities and the application security domain. - Educational background in BE - B. Tech / MCA / M. Tech / MBA with a focus on computer science and programming. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience in leading medium to large engagements and coaching junior team members.
