CXT GTM Specialist

As a CXT GTM Specialist at Quantiphi, you will play a crucial role in leading the business and non-functional requirements discovery, driving the creation of scope definition, and coordinating subject matter expert resources. You will be responsible for creating compelling solution proposal content that aligns with clients" business strategies, KPIs, and desired outcomes. Your role will also involve presenting to various stakeholders and crafting messaging tailored to their roles and desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the discovery of business and non-functional requirements - Drive the creation of scope definition and resource estimation process - Create compelling solution proposal content - Present to a variety of stakeholders - Collaborate with the Global Sales team of AWS Practice - Define solutions and offer development roadmaps - Research current trends in the CX/AX, CCaaS industry - Define demo requirements and work closely with Product Engineering teams - Collaborate with other departments to drive strategic initiatives - Create sales enablement collaterals and competitive benchmarking insights - Develop ROI documentation for customer conversations - Maintain Contact Center professional knowledge by attending workshops and establishing networks Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as a contact center technology specialist - Sales specialist level knowledge of IVR Platforms and Contact Centre business - AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification preferred - Business Analyst formal training preferred - Understanding of CX solution architecture and integration - Curiosity and continuous growth mindset - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment - Team management experience - Strong knowledge of business needs and software industry dynamics If you are looking for a challenging role that allows you to innovate and excel, Quantiphi offers a diverse and transparent culture where you can grow both professionally and personally.
