Job Description

As a CX Capability Lead specializing in Generative AI and Google Dialog Flow, you will be responsible for leveraging your 18+ years of experience to drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge conversational AI solutions. Your role will involve: - Having a strong technical background in conversational AI technologies, machine learning, natural language processing, and software development methodologies. - Demonstrating expertise in delivering Google CCAI, Dialogflow, and Vertex.AI solutions. - Possessing a solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), deep learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). - Utilizing experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. - Leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models effectively. - Applying your knowledge of neural networks, transformers, and reinforcement learning in AI development. - Familiarity with software development best practices, version control (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. In terms of leadership skills, you should exhibit: - Demonstrated leadership and team management skills to inspire, guide, and develop a diverse team of professionals. - Excellent client-facing skills, including effective communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. - Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment. - Leadership qualities with a proactive and collaborative approach. Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech/MCA/Ph.D. from a tier I/II institute in Computer Science or a related field. This job opportunity is based in Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, or Bangalore, with a Hybrid work mode.,
