Key Responsibilities Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow all food safety rules Perform mise-en-place prep and ensure quality ingredients before cooking Assist in cooking and assembling meals according to standard procedures Support packing and dispatch operations when required Keep workstation clean, sanitized, and organized at all times Requirements Minimum High School (10th) education Basic understanding of food cutting techniques and preparation Physically fit to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Must practice good hygiene, be punctual, disciplined, and clean-shaven Willingness to learn and take instructions Must be open to working in break shifts (morning & evening split) Team player with a proactive attitude
