Cutting Incharge

As a Cutting Incharge at our textile production team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the cutting department and ensuring the efficient and accurate cutting of fabrics to meet production targets. Your responsibilities will include planning and organizing cutting schedules, supervising and guiding the cutting team, inspecting fabric quality, maintaining cutting equipment, meeting production targets, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with other departments for smooth production processes. You will be expected to plan and organize cutting schedules efficiently to meet production deadlines while ensuring the optimal use of resources. Supervising the cutting team will be a key part of your role, where you will provide training and support to ensure accurate and efficient cutting. Additionally, you will be responsible for inspecting fabric quality, identifying defects, and taking corrective action when necessary. Maintaining cutting equipment will also be essential, as you will need to ensure that the equipment is properly serviced, maintained, and calibrated to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. Meeting production targets and implementing quality control measures to minimize waste will be crucial aspects of your role. Collaborating with other departments, such as design, production, and quality control, will also be a part of your responsibilities to ensure smooth production processes. Your role will require 2+ years of experience in textile cutting or a related field, along with knowledge of textile cutting techniques, fabric types, and cutting equipment. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
