You’ll be responsible for managing cutting machines, optimizing raw material usage, ensuring dimensional accuracy, and leading a team to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily cutting operations (band saws, shearing, etc.)
Ensure correct sizes and tolerances for forging
Minimize material waste and improve efficiency
Maintain safety standards and machine upkeep
Coordinate with production and quality teams

Requirements:

Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Mechanical or Production
10+ years in cutting operations (preferably forging)
Strong leadership and technical skills
