Role Overview: As a Salesforce Senior Developer at EY, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to determine business, functional, and technical requirements. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing the Salesforce.com platform, participating in testing, training, and documentation efforts, and engaging in the sales cycle as needed. Your role will also involve providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior developers in the team. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with clients to determine business, functional, and technical requirements - Participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment - Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform - Develop and execute testing, training, and documentation efforts - Participate in the sales cycle including solution definition, pre-sales, estimating, and project planning - Produce requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, and project plans - Engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development - Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to assistance - Review implementations done by less experienced developers and offer feedback - Mentor junior and mid-level developers of the team and delegate tasks effectively - Communicate with client technical teams and business owners during design and implementation Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of experience working on Salesforce platforms - Salesforce certification as Salesforce Platform Developer I - Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size companies - Knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration and object-oriented design patterns - Proficiency in Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing) - Familiarity with core web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery - Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools - Proficiency in web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies like SCRUM - Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Company Details: EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in the capital markets.
