Role Overview: As an Adobe Target Senior at EY, you will leverage your minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target to develop and implement Adobe Target Activities. Your primary focus will be on enhancing website conversion rates, engagement, and customer lifetime value. This will entail designing and creating Adobe Target experiences utilizing various targeting methods such as audience segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in launching and monitoring Adobe Target Activities to effectively track performance and optimize results. Troubleshooting Adobe Target issues and providing technical support to stakeholders will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement Adobe Target Activities to enhance website conversion rates, engagement, and customer lifetime value - Design and create Adobe Target experiences using various targeting methods like audience segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization - Launch and monitor Adobe Target Activities to track performance and optimize results - Troubleshoot Adobe Target issues and provide technical support to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - In-depth understanding of the Adobe Target platform - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies - Experience with Optimization/Testing Tools like Adobe Target and exposure to cross-product integration - Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and analytics tools - Proficiency in Tag Management Solutions, preferably Adobe Launch/Data Collection - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred - Knowledge of Web Analytics is a plus You should also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
