Job Description

You will be responsible for providing customer support through voice process at Flipkart CT (Caretouch). Your main responsibilities will include: - Handling customer queries and concerns over the phone - Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information - Resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Must be a graduate - Freshers or individuals with 6+ months of experience are welcome - Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory - Versant score of 4 or 5 is preferred Additionally, Flipkart CT offers a competitive compensation package based on experience: - For freshers: CTC of INR 21,000 per month with a take-home of INR 16,200 - For experienced candidates: CTC of up to INR 25,000 per month with a take-home of up to INR 20,200 - Quarterly bonus of INR 4,200 - Apprenticeship stipend: INR 19,000 (TH) for freshers and INR 24,000 (TH) for experienced candidates You will be working full-time on a 6-day week with 1 rotational day off. The working hours are from 9am to 8pm for females and 9am to 9pm for males at the GNR (Kudlu gate) location in Bangalore. Please note that this is an in-person role at the office. The company provides benefits such as Provident Fund, and the work schedule includes rotational shifts. A bachelor's degree is required for this position.,
