Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound/inbound customer calls related to loyalty programs or services. Communicate effectively in English and Hindi to resolve customer queries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service. Meet assigned targets in terms of call handling and customer experience. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months of experience in a voice-based calling process . Undergraduates and graduates both can apply. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi . Positive attitude with a customer-first approach. Willing to work from the office in day shifts .
