Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive Customer Support & Social Media Intern who can interact with customers, handle queries, and manage communication on our digital platforms.
The intern will also follow up with leads coming from online ads or other platforms and assist in maintaining customer relationships.

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands social media, and wants to grow in the digital and customer communication space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls.
• Follow up with leads (generated through online ads and campaigns or other platforms)
• Manage DMs, comments, and customer messages on social media platforms.
• Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communications.
• Support in building online engagement and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Confident and polite while interacting with customers.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).
• Friendly attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.

Duration:

3 to 4 Months (Permanent position may be offered based on performance)

Stipend:

₹4,000 – ₹7,000 per month (based on performance and skills)
