Key Responsibilities:
● Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
● Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
● Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
● Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and contribute to retention.
Requirements:
● Experience: 6 months – 2 years in customer service / call center / support role.
● Education: Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
● Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada is a strong plus.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
