Shift Timing:
Girls: 8AM - 8PM
Boys: 24*7 rotational shifts (Any 9 hours)
6 Days working; 1 rotational off
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Work in back-office operations team to process the enquires / requests / complaints from clients within defined timeline
2. Detail oriented, thorough in analyzing and interpreting data
3. Ability to learn and work in cross domain process
Qualification:
1. Min. 1 year of experience in complaints/escalation/grievance handling through emailsupport in BFSI Industry
2. Graduate
Salary
Experience - CTC
12 months – 24 months - 3,00,850 (23k in-hand)
25 months – 36 months - 3,29,950 (25.5k in-hand)36 months + 3,59,050 (27.8k in-hand)
