Job Description:

Drive the Secondary Sale AOP - Spares & Oil in each Dealership assigned. Ensure the AOP of Secondary Sale assigned is achieved
Drive Secondary Sale AOP - Allied Products (Battery, Allied Oil, RECD) AOP Achievement in each Dealership assigned. Ensure the AOP of Secondary Sale assigned is achieved
Ensure Targeted Customer Retention through AMCs
Maintain high Customer Retention - Timely AMC Renewals
Monitor Dealership's Team daily Market Visit and Outcome
Provide both Technical and Marketing Skill support to the Dealership Manpower wherever required
Revenue Generation from Assured Asset - Ensure 100 % Of Wet PM against Assured PM Generation
Audit of Dealership Spare Parts Inventory and ensure both Physical and logical stocks are equal without mismatch
Effective Execution of Van campaign & BTL activities as per plan & HO Campaign
Keep accountability of KOEL Customers for all the Spare Parts and Service Requirements and fulfill the same.
