key responsibilities
provide customer success support to Italian -speaking clients across technical and service-related queries
ensure seamless communication in Italian and english for query resolution
identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality service
collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
maintain documentation of customer interactions and case resolutions
required skills
excellent communication skills in Italian (c1 certified) and english
good thought process and analytical ability for problem-solving
strong technical aptitude to handle support queries
customer-first mindset with patience and professionalism
ability to work effectively in rotational shifts
