Customer Support Interns

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to necessary channels when needed.- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as technical teams, to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.- Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to improve services and enhance overall customer satisfaction.- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to developing customer service procedures and policies
