Customer Support Executive - Voice & Upselling

Hiring For Sales Voice Process Must have good communication skills. Must be graduate and have experience of 1 year or more on paper (mandatory) Only experienced can apply. 5 days working & 2 rotational off. Two way cab facility (within the hiring zone). Should be comfortable with night shifts (timing rotational). Preferred Candidates: Fluent communication in verbal and written English communication. Experience in International Voice process probably in International Telecom Industry. Knowledge about upselling and finding opportunities to upsell telecom products. Confident and smart with good convincing skills. Salary Structure: 27k inhand upto 36k inhand (depending on interview and profile) Incentives Candidates must be immediate joiners.
