Customer Support Executive (Voice / Chat)

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound interactions through voice and chat channels to assist customers with queries, renewals, and guidance. Your role will involve recommending suitable products or solutions to enhance customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls or chat effectively. - Provide accurate information and support to ensure smooth customer journeys. - Recommend suitable paid solutions or upgrades based on customer needs. - Maintain detailed records of all interactions using internal systems. - Deliver high-quality service standards through empathy, active listening, and professionalism. - Collaborate with peers and supervisors to improve service quality and conversion outcomes. Qualification Required: - Excellent spoken English (Versant Level 4 or above). - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. - Graduates or Undergraduates may apply. - Prior experience in Voice or Chat Support preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
