Customer Support Executive (US Voice/Trivandrum)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Address patient queries and provide accurate information on appointments and services.
• Record all call details and updates in the healthcare system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Maintain service quality standards and meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Any graduate degree.
• 1–8 years of experience in an international voice process; healthcare experience preferred.
• Mandatory: Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and typing.
• Willingness to work regular night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) from our Trivandrum office (Ellipode).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates residing in or near Trivandrum will be given priority.

Salary - 20K to 40K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
