As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to international clients through chat process. Your primary duties will involve handling customer queries related to software products and services, offering solutions, and upselling relevant products/services when necessary. It will be crucial for you to maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software and collaborate effectively with internal teams for issue resolution. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who are either fresher or have experience in Customer Support or a similar industry. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential. You should be prepared to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts, and should have a basic knowledge of computer applications and internet usage. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. If you are someone who enjoys interacting with customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
