About the Role

International Voice Process Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
  • Resolve customer queries and deliver accurate information.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with professional communication.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow compliance standards.
  • Work effectively in

    rotational shifts (majorly night shifts)

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written).
  • Previous experience in

    customer support / BPO / international voice process

    preferred.
  • Age limit:

    Up to 35 years

  • Good interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to handle pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability.
