Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming user queries with regards to any issues that they might be facing
  • Attend incoming calls on Oliveboard’s board line and resolve user queries
  • Attend to Live Chat queries coming in during the Business Hours
  • Feed in relevant sales queries to the Inside Sales team
  • Must strictly adhere to the Standard Processes in place for the CS team
  • Ensure customer Satisfaction metrics are met across Chat and Support ticket queries
  • Ensure Call quality metrics are met on incoming calls

Skills/Qualification Required:

  • 3 to 6 months experience in a Customer Service role at a B2C company
  • Experience of working on any Support Ticketing platform like Zendesk, Zoho, Freshdesk etc., is preferred
  • Must be Proficient in Hindi, English - speaking and writing
  • The role will involve working for 6 days a week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
