Job Title: Customer Support Executive -Male

Department: Manufacturing/Operations
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Location: [Saravanampatti, Coimbatore]

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information in a timely manner.
• Identify customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the company’s products, services, features, and policies.
• Guide customers on product usage, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and actions taken using CRM systems.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships.
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical support, logistics) to resolve complex issues.
• Escalate unresolved or high-priority issues to appropriate departments.

Requirement and skills

• Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
• Proficient in MS Office
• Familiarity with social media
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Knowledge in Scissor lift & Hydraulic Press is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
