Customer support Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Engineers with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical knowledge and sales expertise to deliver solutions to our customers and drive business growth.

• Understand the technical specifications and applications of the company’s mechanical products or solutions.
• Identify and approach potential clients in various industries (manufacturing, automotive, HVAC, etc.).
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and service support.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to understand customer requirements.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Travel to customer sites as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• Strong interest in sales and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn product specifications.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of industrial products, machines, or mechanical systems is an advantage.
• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
