You will be joining a leading Travel Company that has been established for over 16 years as a Customer Support Executive. Your role will involve managing relationships with hotels and customers in the travel industry. It is essential to have previous experience in the travel industry and possess very good English communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with hotels and customers effectively. - Maintain customer and hotel records accurately. - Only apply if you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Travel Company. - Must hold a Graduate Degree. - Demonstrate good written and spoken English skills. - Proficient in PC usage with a good typing speed.
