Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Support Executives (Female) to assist users of our jewellery software by handling queries, guiding them on software usage, and ensuring a smooth experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
  • Assist users in understanding and using the jewellery software.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex ones.
  • Maintain detailed logs of interactions and follow-ups.
  • Provide demos or training to new users when needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Collect and report user feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is mandatory.
  • English communication is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of ERP or CRM software’s.
  • Patience, empathy, and customer-first attitude.
  • Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
