Customer Support Executive

Role Overview:

Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via email promptly and professionally
  • Process orders, generate shipping labels, and handle returns and refunds on Shopify
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide pre and post-sales support to customers and escalate when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an international customer support role
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
  • Experience with

    Shopify

    order management is a plus
  • Knowledge of

    Zendesk

    or similar ticketing systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • On-site presence in Pune, Maharashtra
