Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Assist customers with travel-related queries / support issues.

Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently.

Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service.

Adhere to company policies and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 6 months of Travel Process Experience (preferred) OR Customer Support experience.

Candidates with strong communication skills and willingness to work in voice process.

Ability to work in day/rotational shifts (as applicable).

Positive attitude and team player.
