Salary: 15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services to provide knowledgeable support.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality.
