About the Job Role

Responsible for handling customer queries, tracking deliveries, coordinating with drivers and internal teams, resolving issues, and providing timely shipment updates to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
Coordinate with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
Track deliveries and resolve customer issues.
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate reports and customer communication.

Qualifications and Skills

Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with 0 –2 years of experience can apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
Additional language is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
