Job Description – Customer Support Executive

Company: Fixzep Thondri Ventures Private Limited

Experience: 1 year

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,500 per month

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Provide timely solutions to customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers and coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries.
Maintain accurate customer records and update interaction details in the system.
Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Identify opportunities to promote relevant products or services to existing customers.
Support customer retention and satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.

Required Skills

1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Added Advantage

Experience in telecalling, inbound calls, or outbound calling.
Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Experience in sales, lead conversion, or customer relationship management.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹22,500 per month, based on experience and skills.
