Job Description

Customer Support Executive (No Sales , No Targets)

Cab Facility: Both-Side Cab Available

Salary - 18000 - 25000 In hand + Performance based Incentives or Bonus

Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply

Communication: Good English Communication Skills Required

Location: Sector 127, Noida

Relocation Assistance: Provided by the Company

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Assist customers with product and service-related queries.
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
Update customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow company guidelines and support procedures.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written English communication.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
