Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, enhancing product visibility, managing dealer relationships, engaging with field activities, conducting market intelligence, competitor analysis, utilizing technology effectively, and handling administrative responsibilities. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: The ideal candidate should hold a degree or diploma with proven experience in sales, preferably in a related field. Candidates with a Plus-two qualification and relevant industry experience will also be considered. - Experience: You should have 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in building materials or related industries. - Skills: You must possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM and sales management applications is required. Additionally, organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively are essential. The work hours for this position are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility based on market demands.
