Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or support requests. Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features and service changes to provide accurate information. Customer Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized support. Feedback & Reporting: Record customer interactions, provide insights to improve services, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. Qualifications: Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Customer Service: Ability to manage difficult conversations and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Education: - Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Required) - Graduation (Preferred) Attributes: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
