The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt and accurate information to customers. Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and escalate if needed. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution. Contribute to process improvements and customer experience initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any stream. 2–4 years of customer service or support experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluent in English Polite, patient, and empathetic attitude.
