Customer Support Executive — Mangla Rubber Technologies
Location: Partapur Industrial Estate, Meerut, UP | Full-time, on-site

About the role
You are the voice of Mangla to our customers — OEMs, distilleries, sugar mills, and end users across India. Enquiries, order status, complaints, follow-ups: they come to you first. This role keeps customers informed and keeps internal teams honest on commitments.

What you’ll do

Handle inbound enquiries by phone, email, and WhatsApp; log every one in the system
Track orders from confirmation to dispatch and keep customers updated proactively — before they chase us
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts to get accurate answers on delivery dates, documents, and payments
Own complaint intake: capture details, route to QC, follow through to closure, close the loop with the customer
Maintain and clean customer records in the CRM
Send quotations, proforma invoices, and dispatch documents as required
Report weekly: open enquiries, pending complaints, orders at risk

What we’re looking for

1–4 years in customer support, inside sales, or order management — manufacturing or B2B preferred
Graduate in any stream
Clear written and spoken English and Hindi; email writing that doesn’t need rewriting
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software
Patient under pressure, organised, and persistent on follow-ups

Nothing falls through the cracks. If you promise a customer a callback at 4 PM, it happens at 4 PM.
